What is new in Valify

  1. August 2026v1.4

    Partner Programme, and three worked examples on the homepage

    • The Valify Partner Programme is open at valify.co.uk/partners — 20% of what every construction company you introduce pays, for as long as they stay, on monthly or annual billing. Referrals are attributed by a written, timestamped registration rather than a tracking link, so a partner holds their own proof.
    • A new partnerships@valify.co.uk inbox for applications, introductions and commission statements, listed alongside every other Valify address.
    • The Examples section on the homepage now shows three documents — a scaffolding RAMS, a roofing method statement and a demolition risk assessment — instead of one.
    • Terms, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer updated to cover the Partner Programme, including what partners may and may not say about what Valify does.
  2. August 2026v1.3

    Shareable report links and team notifications

    • Growth and Enterprise users can now generate a shareable read-only link to any report — send it directly to subcontractors without requiring them to have a Valify account.
    • Team notification emails — add up to five colleagues to receive an email whenever a new report is ready, available on Growth and Enterprise.
    • Document decision log now shows timestamped audit trail on all plan report pages.

    Accept and reject workflow

    • Every report now includes an Accept Document or Return for Revision decision. Accepted documents are logged with a timestamp and the name of the person who made the decision.
    • Decision log is visible on the document history page — filter by accepted, returned or pending.
    • Decisions cannot be edited or deleted once recorded. The audit trail is kept with the document for its 90-day retention period and is available to export on request.
  4. June 2026v1.1

    Support centre and blog launch

    • Full support centre launched at valify.co.uk/support with 23 articles covering getting started, using Valify and account and billing.
    • Blog launched at valify.co.uk/blog with 28 articles covering RAMS compliance, CDM 2015, control measures and construction health and safety.
    • Site search added covering all support and blog content.

    Valify launches
