How To Create a Valify Account

Creating an account takes about a minute and does not require payment details. You will need a work email address, a password, and your company name.

Steps

  1. Go to the sign-up page.
  2. Enter your full name, work email address and company name.
  3. Choose a password. It must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol — the strength meter updates as you type.
  4. Submit the form. We send a verification email immediately.
  5. Open the email and click the verification link. It signs you in and takes you to your dashboard.

Why we ask for a work email

The free trial is one per company, and the company domain on your email is how that is applied. It also means colleagues signing up later can be matched to the same organisation. Personal addresses are accepted, but a shared mailbox is worth avoiding — the verification link signs in whoever clicks it.

If the verification email does not arrive

  • Give it two or three minutes. Delivery is usually immediate but corporate mail filtering can add a delay.
  • Check your spam or quarantine folder, and search for "Valify" rather than scrolling.
  • Ask your IT team to allow mail from valify.co.uk if your organisation quarantines unknown senders.
  • Try the sign-up form again with the same address — it re-sends the verification rather than creating a duplicate account.
  • Still nothing? Contact us and we will verify the account manually.

After verification

You land on the dashboard with three free scans available and a short onboarding checklist. The natural next step is uploading your first document. If you want to know what Valify is checking for before you upload anything, the fifteen sections every RAMS should contain is the shape of the review.
