Cancellation & refunds.
Read this before choosing a paid plan. This page summarises the Terms of Service, which govern your subscription.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel future renewal from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not refund a partly used month, except where required by law.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the full term. Cancelling renewal does not create a pro-rata refund for the remaining term, except where required by law. Check the total annual charge before confirming checkout.
Additional scan credits
Purchased top-up credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are tied to your account and are lost if the account is deleted. Subscription allowances and top-up credits are separate.
A billing problem
If you think a charge is wrong, email billing@valify.co.uk from your account email address. Include the invoice reference and what happened. Do not send card details. We will review the charge and explain the next step.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the full Terms of Service for the applicable service and cancellation provisions.
