How To Download Your Report as a PDF

Every report can be saved as a PDF, on every plan including the trial.

Steps

1. Open the report you want to export.
2. Select Download PDF at the top of the report.
3. Your browser's print dialog opens. Choose Save as PDF as the destination — on macOS it is under the PDF menu, on Windows and most Linux browsers it is in the destination list.
4. Save the file wherever your project records live.

Why it goes through the print dialog

The report is already laid out correctly as a page, and a dedicated print stylesheet turns it into a clean document — the navigation, the buttons and the interface furniture are removed, and the collapsible sections are expanded so nothing is hidden in the export. Using the browser's own PDF engine means the file matches what you see, on every platform, with no server-side rendering step to go wrong.

What the export contains

• The document name, the scan date and the file size.
• The document summary and overall assessment.
• Every finding in all four severity groups, expanded — including the sections collapsed on screen.
• The standard notice that the report is not an approval or a compliance certification.

Watermarks on trial reports

Reports produced on the free trial carry a watermark, which appears on the export as well. It is removed on any paid plan — see upgrading from trial to a paid plan.

Keeping the export with your records

Filing the PDF alongside the RAMS revision it relates to is worth the ten seconds.
